Server Protection & Rule Enforcement
Keep the server fair, fun, and free of chaos.
- Handle rule breaks: VDM, RDM, FailRP, toxicity
- Issue warnings, kicks, and bans appropriately
- Monitor for cheating, duping, and exploiting
- Shut down griefing and harassment immediately
- De-escalate conflicts between players calmly
Support Players & Solve Problems
Help players when gameplay breaks or confusion happens.
- Assist new players who are lost or confused
- Fix stuck characters, spawn issues, and texture bugs
- Verify and report bugs to developers
- Help after technical issues (missing vehicles, broken inventories)
- Answer questions about rules, jobs, and RP
Maintain Server Integrity
Document your actions. Keep the logs clean.
- Log all actions in /notes or the staff channel: Bans, warnings, item removals, reimbursements
- Always provide proof + reason for any punishment
- Respect and follow the chain of command
- Never use your powers for personal gain — ever
Oversee RP Quality
Guide RP — don't dictate it.
- Step in only when RP is broken, toxic, or unrealistic
- Encourage creative, long-term RP storylines
- Avoid interfering unless it's genuinely necessary
- Do not take sides in gang conflicts, business drama, or player storylines
Respond to Tickets & Reports
Every report deserves a fair, professional response.
- Be calm, neutral, and unbiased at all times
- Hear both sides before making a decision
- Show respect even if the player is being disrespectful
- Close every ticket with a clear explanation of the outcome
Light Technical Assistance
Keep gameplay flowing — this is not dev work.
- Restart resources (if your tier allows it)
- Teleport players out of bugged areas
- Spawn props to fix broken RP scenes when needed
Represent LLRP Professionally
You are the face of this server. Act like it.
- Be mature and level-headed in all situations
- Avoid drama, gossip, and favoritism
- Respect the staff chain of command
- Stay active in-game and in Discord
What Staff Must NEVER Do
- Give items, money, or vehicles to yourself or any player outside of an approved support action — all reimbursements require documented proof and Lead Admin sign-off
- Abuse powers — godmode, teleporting into active scenes, etc.
- Use staff abilities while involved in RP
- Punish anyone without clear evidence
- Threaten players with punishments to control their behavior
- Gossip or leak staff-only information
- Play favorites — your personal feelings do not belong in staff decisions

MOD
First line of player support. Mods are the most visible staff on the server. Their job is to assist players, manage reports, and keep sessions running smoothly.

📋 Staff Rules Summary
All staff tiers are bound by the following regardless of what the system technically allows:
- • Log everything. All bans, warnings, item removals, and reimbursements must be documented in /notes or the staff channel.
- • No unauthorized giving. Items, money, or vehicles may not be given to yourself or any player outside of an approved support action. All reimbursements require documented proof and Lead Admin sign-off.
- • Escalate, don't improvise. If a situation requires tools above your tier, bring in a higher rank. Do not work around it.
- • No involvement in RP with powers active. Log off staff tools before participating in scenes.
- • Neutrality is mandatory. Do not take sides in player conflicts, gang disputes, or business drama.
- • Proof before punishment. No warnings, kicks, or bans without documented evidence.
- • Abuse of permissions results in immediate demotion. No exceptions, no warnings.
