Immediate Action Offenses

The following will result in immediate action, up to and including a permanent ban:

  • Cheating, hacking, or exploiting
  • Harassment or threats — IC or OOC
  • Repeated fail RP after warnings
  • Targeted griefing
  • Staff disrespect or evasion
  • Ban evasion via alt accounts

Ban Appeal Process

All ban appeals must be submitted through the official Discord ticket system.
LLRP operates a structured appeal process. Appeals are reviewed at staff discretion and are not guaranteed to be approved.

Appeal Administrative Fee Notes
1st Appeal $50 Subject to staff review
2nd Appeal $100 Final warning issued upon reinstatement
3rd Ban No Appeal Available Third ban is permanent and final

Important Terms

  • Administrative fees are non-refundable

    Regardless of appeal outcome. By submitting payment, you acknowledge this is a processing fee for staff time and review — not a guarantee of reinstatement.

  • Reinstated players remain on probation

    Any subsequent violation may result in immediate escalation to the next ban tier without warning.

  • Per our Terms of Service

    "All purchases are final and non-refundable" and "Staff decisions are final." By submitting a ban appeal with payment, you agree to these terms and accept that the outcome is at LLRP's sole discretion.

  • Acknowledgment of Prior Reports

    By submitting a ban appeal, you acknowledge and affirm that any reports you have filed against Living Legends Roleplay (including but not limited to CFX, Tebex, PayPal, Discord, or any other platform) were made in retaliation and are false. You agree to withdraw any such reports upon request. This acknowledgment may be provided to relevant platforms as evidence of retaliatory conduct.

  • Retaliatory Conduct

    Filing frivolous, false, or retaliatory reports against Living Legends Roleplay (including but not limited to CFX, Tebex, PayPal, Discord, or social media platforms) following disciplinary action may result in permanent denial of all current and future appeals, forfeiture of any pending appeal fees, and permanent blacklisting from the community. LLRP reserves the right to pursue all available remedies against defamatory or fraudulent claims.
