LEO & EMS Rules
- 1. Impersonation Prohibited
No impersonating emergency personnel under any circumstances — Police, Fire/EMS, DOT, or Communications. This is a bannable offense.
- 2. Federally Protected Roles
EMS, Fire, and Communications personnel and their vehicles are federally protected:
- No kidnapping, killing, or robbing them
- No stealing their vehicles
- Citizens cannot steal LEO/EMS/Fire/SADOT vehicles (you may steal from police vehicles)
During an active shooting, if EMS enters the scene, criminal activity within their view should cease. EMS must not be used to artificially end scenes.
- 3. EMS Neutrality
EMS remains strictly neutral. They may only describe medical procedures performed — never identify who was involved or take sides.
- 4. EMS Custody & Respawn
When in EMS custody, do not respawn without permission. You remain in medical custody until the medic clears you. Post-treatment, RP your injuries for at least 5 minutes — no immediate revenge running.
- 5. Cop Minimums for Kidnapping
Kidnapping a civilian requires at least 2 officers on duty. Kidnapping an officer requires at least 4 officers on duty.
⚡ Low-Pop: Officer requirements reduced 50% when pop is below 20. - 6. Police Mistreatment & Appeal
If mistreated in a police situation, use in-city channels — speak to a supervisor or file an agency complaint. Do not contact an admin unless the officer is clearly breaking a server rule.
- 7. Dirty Cop RP
Dirty cop roleplay is not tolerated. If caught, your Discord ID will be permanently blacklisted from all LEO departments on the server.
- 8. LEO K9 Units
LEO dogs are limited to apprehension and search & rescue:
- No powergaming /me actions (e.g. magically detecting drugs in a trunk — this is powergaming and not allowed)
- The dog cannot physically check vehicle trunks
- If the dog is in the radio, it should not be talking
- The dog is either fully a LEO asset or not used at all
- 9. LEO & EMS During Org Wars
LEO must not interfere in approved org wars and will not shoot on sight. EMS will not repeatedly enter active red zones and will not act as an org's personal revive bot.
